At Scotland Regency Experience, we value your participation and are committed to ensuring a seamless experience for all our guests. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to request a refund for your ticket(s). This Refund Policy outlines our refund guidelines and procedures to provide you with clear and transparent information.

1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 Complete Refund: You are eligible for a complete refund of your ticket(s) up until 8 months before the event, subject to the deduction of applicable processing fees.
1.2 Fifty Percent Refund: If you request a refund 6 months before the event, you are eligible for a refund equal to fifty percent (50%) of the ticket price, after deducting processing fees.
1.3 Thirty Percent Refund: Should you wish to cancel your ticket(s) 3 months before the event, you are eligible for a refund equal to thirty percent (30%) of the ticket price, after deducting processing fees.
1.4 No Refunds Within 3 Months: Please note that no refunds will be provided for ticket cancellations within 3 months of the event date.
2. Refund Process
2.1 To request a refund, please contact cynthia@regencyexperience.co.uk. Make sure to provide your ticket details, including the order number and the name of the purchaser, to expedite the refund process.
2.2 Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
3. Processing Fees
3.1 Processing fees, which cover administrative costs associated with ticket sales and refunds, are non-refundable. These fees will be deducted from the refund amount as follows:

For complete refunds (up to 8 months before the event): Processing fees will be deducted from the full ticket price.

For fifty percent refunds (6 months before the event): Processing fees will be deducted from the fifty percent refund.

For thirty percent refunds (3 months before the event): Processing fees will be deducted from the thirty percent refund.
4.Transfer of Tickets
4.1 If you are unable to attend the event but wish to transfer your ticket(s) to another guest, you may do so. Please contact cynthia@regencyexperience.co.uk to initiate the ticket transfer process.
5. Event Cancellation
5.1 In the unlikely event that the event is canceled by the organizers, you will be eligible for a full refund of your ticket(s), including processing fees. We will notify you of any such cancellation and refund instructions via email.
